Pearl quality and appearance / luster and uniformity (pearl to pearl) is remarkable. The quality of the back could be improved. White gold disc would improve the showing of the pearl on its showcase: the earlobe. Even if you offered it as an option would be better than that 30 year old post clip you sent.
