Black Mother of Pearl Malia Ring

The ring is nice, but the size was to big. My niece wears a 6 1/2. I ordered a 6 1/2. It is too big for all fingers except the thumb. The delivery was very fast. Can she exchange for smaller size?

I love the rings. But the white mother of pearl has 2 cubic zirconia stones missing. I wore it to an all white wedding and when we returned home it was missing 2 stones. I don't want my money back I want another ring.but I'm not sure on what to do to exchange it for another one. Can someone please help me?
